SAN FRANCISCO – October 22, 2009 – Coverity, the software integrity leader, today announced that it has been named to the 2009 Technology Fast 500™ for the third consecutive year. Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500 is an annual ranking of the fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences and clean technology companies in North America based on five-year fiscal revenue growth.

Technology Fast 500 award winners for 2009 are selected based on percentage fiscal year revenue growth during the five-year period from 2004 to 2008. Eligible companies must be headquartered in North America and show operating revenues of at least $50,000 in fiscal year 2004 and $5,000,000 in fiscal year 2008. In addition, companies must own proprietary technology or proprietary intellectual property that contributes to a significant portion of their operating revenues; or devote a significant proportion of revenues to the research and development of technology.
